Having your Volvo valued by the Club:

As a Club we are recognised as the custodians of the heritage of Volvo in South Africa and with the wealth of experience we have we have over time appointed approved valuators and provide this service to our Club members free of charge (one of the benefits of being a member) and to non Club Members we offer the service at a nominal fee of R350.00 per valuation and if the Club Assessor needs to come out to where the Volvo is, a travelling fee payable to the approved assessor is agreed upon between the two parties. Normally we would expect the vehicle to be taken to the assessor by the owner if possible.

Should you want your Volvo to be assessed and valued contact anyone of the committee members (contact details on the contact us page) and ask who the approved valuator is in your area. Contact the valuator and make arrangements with him to value your Volvo.  The assessment form will be completed and this form accompanied by 7 photographs (front/ rear/ left & right/ interior/ engine compartment and boot compartment must be sent to the Chairman/ Vice Chairman of the Club in order to have the Valuation Certificate issued.

There is NO FEE for PAID UP Club Members. Non – members are required to pay a valuation fee of R350.00 into the Clubs bank account and proof of payment must accompany this form before the valuation certificate will be issued.
